Welcome, manager
Edit the master Service User Register, manage keyworker codes, open every dashboard, and configure SharePoint & Power Automate.
Staff use the staff portal instead.

Overview — employee training, supervision & appraisal Evidence required
Each cell shows a date only when an actual submission with a SharePoint evidence link is on file. No dates are entered manually — they all come from a Supervision, Spot Check, Appraisal or Training submission. Empty cells mean "no evidence on file" and need action.
Employees
| Employee | Code | Supervisor | Mandatory training (last refresher) | Last supervision | Last appraisal | Last spot check | Quick actions |

Managers
| Manager | Code | Role | Mandatory training (last refresher) | Last supervision | Last appraisal | Quick actions |

Overdue Due ≤ 45 days OK No evidence
Mandatory training — record a refresher
Training refresher dates are evidence-backed: paste the SharePoint URL of the certificate. Without an evidence URL, the entry is not saved. The expiry date defaults to 12 months from the completion date.
Training Matrix All mandatory courses
One row per person, one column per course. Cells show the date of the most recent completion plus the expiry. Colour: red overdue, yellow due within 45 days, green more than 45 days away, grey no entry. All historical training entries are kept — open the per-employee detail panel below to see them.
Overdue Due ≤ 45 days OK No entry
Submissions search Across employees & periods
Filter every Supervision, Spot Check or Appraisal across staff by section and date range — e.g. show me everyone's "challenges" for Q1, or all "achievements" since January.
Client overview Service users
All clients on the master register with their key passports, risk-monitoring and MAR-audit status. Same traffic-light colours — red is overdue, yellow is due within 45 days. Click an expiry date to open the related dashboard.

Service User Register Master list
This is the single source of truth. Adding a client here makes them appear in the Passport dashboard, the Risk Monitoring dashboard, and the MAR Audit register (once linked).
Add a service user
| Service user | Active | Keyworker | Key(s) | MAR | Hosp Pass | Comm Pass | Risk | Notes | SharePoint folder (optional override) | Actions |

Keyworker codes —
Each keyworker has a unique code (e.g. KW-07). Assign codes against clients above. Staff sign in with their code on the staff portal to see only their own clients.
| Code | Name | Role | Supervisor code | SharePoint folder (optional override) | Clients | Actions |
|---|
Managers Per-manager sign-in
Each manager has their own name and code (e.g. MGR-CLARE). Sign-ins are by name, so the
audit trail and header pill show who's actually signed in. You can keep a default MGR-2026 for first-time setup
and rename it to your own. Remove the seed entry once you've added your real managers.
